Measured faithfulness

Faithfulness — how closely an answer sticks to its sources — is scored against a curated set of real questions and held to a high bar before the bot goes live, then re-checked as your content changes. It’s a number we watch, not a vibe.

An honest “I don’t know”

When the answer isn’t in your content, the bot says so plainly instead of improvising — and offers to bring in a human. The most useful thing a support bot can do is know its limits.

How is this different from a general chatbot?
A general assistant answers from everything it was trained on, which is why it sometimes invents confident, wrong answers. DocsBot is grounded strictly in your content, cites every answer, and is measured for faithfulness before it goes live.
What happens when it doesn’t know?
It tells the visitor it doesn’t have that answer and offers to bring in a human, rather than improvising. An honest “I don’t know” is treated as a feature, not a failure.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your content is used to answer your visitors’ questions — not to train shared models. Each bot only answers from its own sources.
